Glennis Sewell, one of our Australian members, has recently produced a 450 page, A4 book relating to her family.  It was launched at the family reunion referred to by Diana Kennedy in her Sewell Co-ordinator’s report.  The front cover is reproduced below with the gentleman shown being John Sewell, 1756-1843, 3xgt-grandfather of Glennis.  If you put in ‘mole plough’ into the search facility in the journal section on our website, www.sole.org.uk, you will find quite a lot of information about this family who were prominent in their local area. John Sewell had  13 children one of whom married into the Courtauld family.
